Dear Parents,
We are pleased to inform you that Annual Day (“A Tapestry of Cultures and Traditions”) is scheduled on Saturday, 4th Jan from 6:45pm to 8:30pm for Primary Children (Grade 1 to Grade 5).
Please adhere to the following to enable a smooth functioning of the show
• Costumes will be handed over to the participants in advance, Please send your ward dressed up in the same.
• Students must carry their water bottle(labelled). Refreshments will be provided by the school.
• During the program, the parents are requested not to approach their ward.
• Participants must report to the school at 4:45pm.
• The parents are requested to be seated by 6:30pm.
• Show timings are from 6:45pm to 8:30 pm.
• Participants will be handed over to the parents after the programme is over.
• Students are not allowed to wear gold jewelry or any type of costly items. School will not be responsible in case of any loss.
Please adhere to the time that is allocated for your child.
